We are the Catholic Renewal Services of Edmonton. We represent the Catholic Charismatic Renewal and serve the Archdiocese of Edmonton under the auspices of the Archbishop.

Our mandate includes

• Discernment and direction in relation to the Charismatic Renewal
• Encourage and support local Pastors where Charismatic Prayer Groups operate
• Work with the Liaison to the Archbishop
• Provide administrative direction of Charismatic Renewal Services through the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Our activities include

• Hosting two Weekend Conferences per year, bringing in speakers, providing praise and worship music and the opportunity to be prayed with by prayer teams.
• Hosting a monthly Prayer Breakfast every second Saturday of the month
• Provide and/or support "Life in the Spirit" retreats
• Provide prayer service by appointment
• Offer resources such as books, CD's and Cassettes

To further streamline our services, our leaders meet with representatives from other areas in Alberta as well as with other provincial leaders on a regular basis.
